This confidentiality agreement includes discussions at formal board meetings, as well as board communications, which take place in less formal environments. This agreement provides for the receipt, use and disclosure of confidential information by each member of the Board of Directors. This agreement is intended to complement the Foundation`s code of conduct policy and other foundation policies.
